The Bloomington Tech Partnership (BTP) is a collaboration to foster innovation and growth across the local tech sector. Composed of the Bloomington Economic Development Corporation (BEDC), the City of Bloomington, Indiana University, Ivy Tech and the Bloomington tech leaders, this partnership creates the connective tissue to drive economic development in the region.

Today, The Mill, is a vital component of the BTP’s efforts to promote the growth and success of the local tech industry. Founded in 2018, The Mill’s mission is to spark Bloomington’s innovation economy by launching and accelerating startups, and its vision is to become Indiana’s center of gravity for entrepreneurship.
